How this flow works
Syncline watches Trello for Due date approaching. When that happens it runs Send an email in Gmail with the fields you mapped.
- Connect Trello, choose the board, and set how many hours of notice to give.
- Connect the Gmail account the reminders should come from.
- Map the card members onto the recipients and write the reminder text once.
- Set a test card due shortly, wait for the mail, then adjust the warning window.

Questions
Does it fire at the weekend?
Yes by default. Add a day of week filter on the flow if your team only wants reminders on working days.
Can I send two reminders?
Yes, build two flows with different warning windows, for example seventy two hours and four hours. They are independent and neither blocks the other.
