How this flow works

Syncline watches Gmail for New labeled email. When that happens it runs Create a card in Trello with the fields you mapped.

Connect the mailbox and name the Gmail label that means this is a job.
Connect Trello, choose the board, and pick the list that receives new work.
Map the subject, the body and the arrival time onto the card fields.
Label one message, look at the card, then teach the team the label.
