How this flow works

Syncline watches Notion for New database item. When that happens it runs Post a message to a channel in Slack with the fields you mapped.

  1. Connect your Notion workspace and tick the single database this flow may read.
  2. Pick New database item as the trigger and choose the Slack channel that receives the post.
  3. Drop the Notion properties you want into the message body and add the page link at the end.
  4. Run one test, read the message in Slack, then switch the flow on.

Can different statuses post to different channels?
Yes. Map the Status property onto the channel field and Syncline routes each value where you point it. One flow can feed four channels without four copies.
How soon after the row appears does the message go out?
Notion is polled, so the row is picked up on the next check: every three minutes on a paid plan and every fifteen on the free one.
