How this flow works

Syncline watches Notion for Item enters a status. When that happens it runs Send an email in Gmail with the fields you mapped.

Connect Notion, choose the database, and name the exact status value that should fire the flow.
Connect the Gmail account the mail goes out from and write the template once.
Map the Assignee property onto the recipient field so each page reaches the right person.
Send a test to yourself, read it end to end, then enable the flow.
