Keep an Airtable base in step with HubSpot contacts
Watch the CRM properties your planning base depends on and write each change onto the matching row, so the base is never quoting last month.
How this flow works
Syncline watches HubSpot for Contact property updated. When that happens it runs Update a record in Airtable with the fields you mapped.
- Connect the portal and tick the exact properties worth watching.
- Connect the base and choose the table that mirrors your contacts.
- Set the email as the match key so a change updates one row rather than adding another.
- Edit one contact, watch the row change, then leave the flow running.
Field mapping
| From HubSpot | To Airtable | Note |
|---|---|---|
| Record ID | The flow finds the row already holding this address and reuses its record ID, which is what prevents duplicates. | |
| Company | Name | The account name is written to the primary field, which Airtable requires on every row. |
| Lifecycle stage | Status | The funnel stage maps onto a single select, and an option missing from the base is reported instead of created. |
| Deal amount | Amount | The value lands in a numeric field with your precision setting respected on write. |
Why teams run it
- Planning and forecasting work on current numbers
- Nobody exports a CSV from HubSpot on a Monday
- The base keeps its own extra columns untouched
Who uses it
A revenue analyst who models capacity in Airtable and needs the pipeline to be today's, not last week's.
About the two apps
HubSpot
HubSpot is the record of who your customers are and how far along they got. Syncline feeds it from the places leads actually arrive, and pushes deal changes back out to the team.
Airtable
Airtable is where teams build the tracker no off-the-shelf tool provides. Syncline keeps that base fed from your other apps and sends its rows onward when something changes.
