How this flow works

Syncline watches Gmail for New attachment received. When that happens it runs Upload an attachment in Airtable with the fields you mapped.

Connect the mailbox and narrow the trigger to the senders or labels that matter.
Connect the Airtable base and choose a table with an attachment field.
Map the file onto that field and the subject onto the row name.
Forward one document to yourself, check the row, then leave it running.

Field mapping

From Gmail	To Airtable	Note
Attachment	Attachments	Files up to twenty five megabytes travel as files. Anything larger arrives as a link with the reason in the run history.
Subject	Name	The subject becomes the row name, which is usually the invoice number your supplier already put there.
From	Status	A sender on your supplier list writes the status straight to Received, and anything else lands in Needs review.
To	Owner	The alias the document was sent to decides which base collaborator owns the row.
